PJM: Watch, recent emergency actions but no confirmed alert in the last 24 hours

  • 5CP Capacity Tags: The 5CP summer window has closed, so no new coincident peak risk today. Fall outage season is underway, with roughly 36,000 MW of generation outages reported on Sept. 17 (PJM Inside Lines).

ERCOT: Watch, 4CP season ends today

  • 4CP Season Tracking: September is the last month of the 4CP window, so today closes the season. Review the final 4CP interval data on the ERCOT 4CP page once posted.
  • ORDC Pricing: No high ORDC adders, reserve shortfalls or VOLL approach were found in the last 24 hours.
